Plenty of places left in the area from what I've seen, Sandusky has a ton of hotels.

One of my friends just bailed on me and he had the Dodge diesel that was going to tow my car. Anyone have any recommendations for a way to get a truck, nobody else I know has one or can let me borrow it that weekend.

As most of you know we have been involved in the Castrol Top Shop Shootout where we have to build an engine to compete against other shops in a dyno contest. Well Since we do not have an Engine dyno we had to build the motor using the one chassis that gave us the most freedom....the drag car. So about three - four weeks ago we had to pull the motor on our drag car and put it aside so we could start this monster of a project with Top shop.

The motor is coming out great and should do very well but the downside is that after dyno testing the top shop motor we would only have four days to Pull it out, put the drag car motor back in, Verify the tune and go to the track for testing Needless to say thats a pretty daunting task so we are going to have to sit this shootout out.

Sometimes scheduling can be a bear but this top shop challenge is pretty important and we had prior commitments to it.

I'm really sorry to all our customers and fans that wanted to see us run. We will make it up to you we promise

I'm really disappointed that I wont make it out there this year. As I already took some leave in July (Which I scheduled 2 months before I even knew I was gonna buy and Evo lol) to go see my Family in Connecticut whom I hadn't seen in over a year.

I was only planing on spectating but Ill be there next year competing.

 

So am I correct is saying Buschur and AMS are not competing in this event! Thats a huge downer.

 

Buschur will be running cars at the Event of course!!

Its our event why wouldnt we run?

 

I think that it is awesome that AMS came out and said the reason they do not

plan to attend. This prevents people from assumeing things that cause

bickering and bad blood between the two camps which in my opinion are the back

bone of this community. I wish I could make it out but I live in texas and can not

miss work. Mabye next year.

 

are you bringing any of those beast's that are listed in your sig ?

 

Thats great and unfortunate at the same time. Theres always next year. What about the mitsubishi/subaru shootout at englishtown on september 21?. I checked your calendar and theres nothing going on from 9/19-9/25. Its a sunday so no worries like the years before where they would only let you run exhibition passes because of the exhaust rule. Will i see the beast there ?

Central Florida Turbo (CFT) Might be taking 2-3 Top Contender cars.Last year we make the trip but the rain didnt let us have some fun with you guys.Hope this year it does not rain so see you guys in 3 weeks

I know my car will be one of the BR cars racing. Along with most likely Jeff, Eric, Tim and of course the Bad Bish!

 

I just got a call and it looks as though my people want the car to go LOL... As of now I am making the trip if all goes well this week. Lots of changes are being made and lots of problems are being fixed. The car is riding in style, I will have to fly I look forward to meeting everyone. Jeff we still on for a

 

uh oh. this will be the test to see if the tracks are really shorter in PR. i kid i kid..Cant't wait to see those 1.3 60ft's and lightning quick shifts.
