Witch one?

If it's must a cat back you can use ramps. If it's a full turbo back (Elbo back) then you will need the front to be up as well So I would suggest ramps in the front and jack stands in the rear.

Tools, 14mm 12mm Long extentions and WD40.

If it's Vishnu's non sig exhaust I would suggest going to someone who knows DSMs because it will require you to remove the turbo.

My only question is about the O2 sensor for the signature cat back system. Can you unscrew the O2 sensor without pulling the wire out of the car or what?

Yes and no.

You would really like to have the cat back off the cat when you do this. The 02 unplugs so it's not a big deal.

I've got a "regular" turbo-back stage one kit on order - I'll post some pics in the install secton once I get it in.

It might be a while, though. When I talked to them yesterday they said my kit may not ship for up to two weeks

Piece of cake to do yourself. I use two jack stands (1 front, 1 rear) to lift just one side of the car and remove the rear passenger wheel for access to the hanger near the fender well. and better access to the mount on the rear top of the muffler.

Everything is very straight forward, WYSIWYG. Hardest part was removing the rubber pieces from the stock hardware to resue them. WD-40 or silicone spray and a blunt screwdriver to pry them off works just fine.

Since initial install I have had it on and off a couple of times for variosu reasons and can do the whole turbo-back by myself in less than an hour.

Don't throw your money away on the install. You can put it towards other mods.

wait so is it catback or what? catback is the easiest thing in the world. so just get a sockewt wrench (i think its like 15mm but not sure) and unbolt it. you might have already said this but i didnt feel like reading the above posts. so yea just hook it up to the little bracket holders and make sure its nowhere close to your bumper or else its toast!
