engine bearings

engine bearings

Is it possible to change the bearings by just dropping the oil pan or do you hafta pull the motor?

hmmm.

nope. you don't have to pull the motor. It will make the work easier though.

You can replace rod bearings by only pulling the pan. not the crank.

Rod bearings peice of cake, main bearings don't try.

Size them up correctly with the markings on the block, rods and crank
