Serpentine belt other options besides stock replacement??

Hey I have to replace the serpentine belt on my 03 evo. Are there any options worth buying other than the stock oem replacement?? Also anyone know how much a stock serpentine belt actually costs. Let me know your thoughts and experiences!

I replaced the accessory drive belt with a Goodyear 'gatorback' poly-v belt after I developed a annoying 'cricket' sound coming from the pulley/belt area.
P/N: 4060705 / 6PK1790 $35-
It has this cross-serrated pattern design on the belt that suppose to make it quieter than other belts. Had it on for over a year and so far no issues.

There is nothing wrong with the OEM belt. Except maybe the price, im not sure exactly what it is, but probably higher than others.
Go to a parts store that sells Gates belts. the are the OEM manufacturer for many cars, and going to be a little cheaper than the dealership.

These are the only two I know of, you may be able to find them somewhere else cheaper.

The sh*t... can't beat the price, can't beat the longevity of the Goodyear Gatorback belts. I used these to drive my Wife's supercharger when almost all other brands would shred in short order. I want to say I didn't even pay that much at my local AutoZone for my Evo belt. Just walked in, asked for an 03' Lancer Evolution accessory belt, bam, done!

Gates belt is relatively priced at an affordable price and good quality too. I haven't get one yet but will once I need to replace mine. You can get one at Nappa if there's one in your area.
