Thanks travman, but I didnt see any bolts. Maybe I missed them - I only need 4 for the top of the heatshield. Do you have any extra on hand?

If you're going the home depot route make sure you get grade 10.9 bolts. That's what the OEM bolts are made from and will be less likely to break in the future.

Quote: I just want the bolts that hold the heatshield down. Any other place I can look for little cheaper? Or should I just buy new ones from dealer and replace when they get rusted again?
Oh, in your first post you're asking where to buy stainless steel studs for the exhaust manifold

Sorry dude misread your post - thought you were looking for studs for the exhaust manifold, not the bolts that hold the heat shield down.

yes go to a hardware store or if you know the size/thread/etc you can get stuff from mcmastercarr.com as well

Not a prob! I guess I'll take the stock one with me and match...I'm sure they'll have something there. Thanks.

Those bolts that hold the heat shield down are 8mm x 1.25. They are also called M8-1.25. You will need the ones that are 16mm in length, any longer and they bottom out before contact with the heat shield which creates a nasty rattle! Ask me how I know. Check out this link:

I hope this helps.
