Ok, so I put in my Greddy EBC in and I followed all the instructions in the manual and referenced the install on the Evo Moto site as well. After some initial issues setting it all up, I got all my settings in order and I'm hitting about 20.5 (on a 2005 MR). I can drive around for about a day before I get a CEL. If I pull the neg terminal, it obviously goes away, but then it comes back again the next day, even if I'm not driving it hard and never hitting peak boost. I still have the stock BCS plugged in and I've checked all over the place for vacuum leaks and stuff like that. So far no luck. Anyone else going through this? Can you run an EBC without getting a CEL light?

 

What CEL are you getting?

 

p0420 cat efficiency code, but it's a brand new cat. I think I'm running too rich right now. I'm just going to hook my stock BCS back up till I can get this stuff sorted out

 

Did you add the cat the same time as the boost controller? What HFC is it?

 

it's an ultimate racing 3inch, but I had it in the car for a couple of weeks before I put in the EBC and had no problems.
