"Punching" it in 4th on the street doesn't even come close to the amount of heat/stress generated on a track day.

Use a larger cooling core and maybe a more powerful pump.

I have 54K on my MR, daily driven, about 360WHP, no issues ever and I hit the Mother from a roll daily. No launching, that's because I don't launch it and I am STILL on the stock Clutch!!!

Haha sorry transmission threads on here frustrate me so I don't respond to many.

102,000 miles on my MR transmission with zero problems. Entirely street driven, but it sees redline daily

Resurrecting this from the dead. At 168k miles on a stock oem 6spd MR tranny. No issues with the tranny but the oem motor is being rebuilt.

ill post again once the car is running with the tranny.

oem fluids are hard to find today (on back order) so will be using what my builder recommends. (Redline)
