Buschur 3065 Turbo Upgrade Q's

Hey guys I just bought a 3065 turbo kit off one of my friends and I was curious what the best DD setup would be for it. My goal is about 450whp and I was told the turbo kit can make much more than that but I was curious what I need to keep it simple and running smooth!

Here is a list of my mods:
I have a 2004 Evo 8 RS...
Mods - Buschur Stages 1-5 w/ 1000cc injectors (HKS 272 w/Deluxe FMIC and ARP Studs)
Walbro Fuel pump
Buschur ported intake manifold and throttle body

Here is the kit I just bought:

I am curious about the intake and the BOV. I have a JDM Evo 9 BOV and I was wondering if it would hold the boost w/o any probs? Also what intake could I get to keep my car idling smooth... open air or recirculating? Thanks guys!

Your EVO9 BOV should be good till around 24-25psi, after that, I'd either do a crush mod or upgrade.

If you have BR stages 1-5 you should be able to use your intake with a 4">3" coupler. Call BR to be sure.

I was going to do E-85 so I went with the 1000cc injectors.

That is basically my setup exactly. Although I haven't dyno'ed or ran it on the 1/4, I am running 110 leaded and it is a blast to drive. I thought of going E85 but was afraid the single walbro wouldn't cut it. And a double pumper, the 1000's wouldn't be enough. I get the 110 for ~6/gallon and its only driven on nice weekend days so its not such a big deal.
