Devo Quartermaster vs carbonetics twin/triple

I am deciding between Devos Quartermaster twin and the carbonetics twin (or possible triple) to replace my stock clutch that is slipping on launches. I have a 9mr (6 speed) that is putting out between 350 and 365 awd hp and plan on future mods taking it to 400-450 within the next year. I tend to slip my launches to keep driveline shock to a min. I am not afraid of a clutch that has a small threshold (grabby) I have found the factory clutch incredibly vague even when new. I autocross a few times a year and also hit the strip a few times a year. the car is daily driven (only 10 miles) however I am not woried about an agressive clutch in daily driveing.

I am looking for some opinions on life and reliability from people that have firsthand experience with these clutches. I am leaning torward the devo unit, however I am concerned as to weather it can handle some slip at launch.

Vendor input also welcome, as are pmed offers for either unit (shipped to 46410)
I am planing on buying one or the other monday. thanks

I think im going to go with the Devo, its on sell now for 1408.00 , is the carb a push or pull style?? i like the devo cause u dont have to worry about those pins coming out and pulling the tranny to replace them.. i also hear that the devo is easyer to slip..

the carbonetics kit converts the stock pull to push by flipping the slave. I really like the slave that comes with the devo unit, very similar to the tilton setup.

Ive had the chance to drive in a car that had both the quarter and the triple carbon. For the street carbonetics was the best main reason i got the clutch plus it will last longer then the quartermaster. Quartermaster is a lil to much for the street. On the track cabonetics takes the crown on a drag strip it comes down to what you like but like i said the carbonetics around a track or even auto x is so much better and the plates dont have to be warm to get full grip.

There both good setups rebuilding cost is what you should start looking at. Quartermaster around $600 to rebuild carbonetics $1800-2200 ( for a rebuild )$600 for per plate.

thanks for the input. I decided on the Devo unit and ordered earlier today. the final deciding factor was initial cost and rebuild costs. I had been drooling over the carbonetics for over a year now and recent stellar reveiws of the quartermaster clutch and the sale at devo swayed me. even though I am having second thoughts at the moment the trigger has been pulled so I will be the proud owner (hopefully happy too) of a Devo Quartermaster twin disk clutch. Maybe next time round I will get the carbonetics. I will post up my thoughts on it as soon as I install and flog it. once again thanks for your help
