well he's asking because it sounds like you're talking about a boost leak.

but if your car is running/boosting fine, then you probably just have a super loud spool... tell us what you're boosting at vs. what you're supposed to be boosting at.

Check all your intake and IC piping for loose clamps or torn rubber hoses. Its happened to me. Car runs fine when not under pressure from Turbo. Once the turbo starts building boost, your car starts choking. I had to reshape my LICP since it was bent.

well if the wastegate is opening early or just open period, you'd notice the loss of power and a low (compared to what it is set at) boost reading.

*sidebar, how do you like the GReddy RS? I have one sitting on my desk, need to have the flange welded on the UICP.

no you can buy the flange from any shop and just bolts up to it and then goes in the uicp well it is a loss of power its NO BOOST at all sounds like just all the air it releasing

sounds like either a major leak somewhere or your wastegate is stuck open.

you can do a pressure check of the system to find a leak...there are how to's on here, never have had to do it myself.
