Boost issues

I have an AVC-R, and even if I try to raise the duty cycle to 90% and raise my boost levels above 30 psi, I can't see anything more than 29 psi and tapering down to 28.

And when I download my logs from my AEM, the AEM map sensor reads differently from my apexi gauge and the AVC-R. In the AEM can't see anything more than 25 PSI for a few seconds, even in forth gear.

Any help ???

Should I go back to Manual boost controller ????

Which BOV are you using? A leaking BOV will limit your peak boost.

I think that Razor is probably on the right track. You can test this theory by sandwiching a sheetmetal block-off plate in between the BOV's inlet face and the IC pipe flange. Just use the BOV's gasket as a template and drill the two bolt holes out.
