wat is spark tech cop? never heard of that

 

cop=C.O.P.=coil on plug, or direct ignition. A separate ignition coil is placed directly over each sparkplug. This does away with the traditional distributor/coil ignition arrangement.

Yeah sorry about the confusion. When i started this account i didnt have my evo. I had planned on getting a IX, and came very close to doing so. I ended up getting a good deal on a low mileage VIII from a buddy of mine, so i knew the history of the car. Thus the name confusion.

I peak and hold at 23 psi in 1-3 gears, and 25 in 4 and 5.

Buschur TBE
Megan mani and o2 housing
Road tuned by Al
Stock turbo

Do I need iridium or is copper best for the price?

 

Will running br8es plugs on a basicly stock evo8 cause a problem. I have apexi AVCR ebc, TBE, aftermarket cams.

 

23-25psi on stock fuel pump is CRAZY in my book... im suprised your car isnt cooked!!!!! all i can say is good luck.......

 

so which to use BR7ES or BR8ES running 1.5bar??
