Info needed: Oil Jet location

I'm looking to machine my 4G64 block to add oil jets, but would like a factory blueprint of the 4G63 showing the actual location. Anyone have a mitsubishi factory drawing? I can get close by following the oil passage, but would prefer a drawing. Thanks.

i think you'll get your answer quicker by finding a used 4g63 evo block, getting dimensions off that.

i think i would trust the results you'll find over someone else's "here-say".

I have done it on 2 4g64 blocks. Its not that hard and pretty self explanatory if you look at the oil passage. Here is a picture on one of the 64 blocks so you know general area. The passage is pretty big though so you shouldn't have a problem depending on what you are going to use to do the machining.

EDIT: Please watch how far you drill into the passage. Take your time and drill a little at a time. Right under the oil passage is a water jacket and im sure thats the last thing you want.

Yeah, I will probably just use the oil passage to locate the oil jet. I just wanted to use a drawing since it will be machined in a CNC mill and I could get it in the extact location.

Thanks for the pics.
