Sorry to hear. You should call ISP and see if Peter can help you out.

Your lawsuit will likely get you no where. The car left thier shop running there is no proof to what was done with the car after that.

I agree your tuning expierience sounds like hell but unfortuneately you have to pay to play and this will end up getting fixed out of your pocket.

Oh and your car does not have antilag its only 2-step launch control

(EDIT: Apparently, Brad Brooks is an established tuner. My point about doing research before you have someone tune your car still stands).

Everyone should do their due diligence with regards to who tunes your car. Just because someone says they can tune your car, doesn't mean they can.

I drive 5 hours north to have my ECU tuned by Bryan @ GST Motorsports (razorlab on Evom). If I had an AEM, I would have Aby tune it.

his car has an AEM, so it has an antilag drag an rally style ... and a 2 step too.

True its in the ECU but the hardware is needed under the hood to have a true antilag system. If its there then my apologies

well i am having my tune for my mivec looked at because he never set it up properly i did not sign a waver saying that it was at my own risk and the shop is not liable and so on. i worked at a performance shop and i would admit it if it was my fault but it was not at all my fualt i barely drove the car i did not even drive it for 3 hrs total. he just turned on launch control on and said go for it. he never set it up properly i am getting the aem map looked at by another tuner and he said he will be a witness if the program was not set up correctly.

Correct to redirect the air back into the mani keeping the turbo spinning while off throttle. Also you may see race cars with solenoids to keep the throttle plate partially open off throttle as well

Oh man Im totally not bashing you and I feel your pain bro. Sucks to have something like this happen after you pay soo much money. You may get away with the waiver thing but dont count on it as your car ran off the tune fine when it left there shop.

Never heard of this shop apparently some have though.
