HEAD and CAM GEAR TORQUE SPEC?!?!?

can anyone help me out please im trying to figure out what the Torque specs for HEAD BOLTS and the 2 CAM GEAR BOLTS...i checked out the thread for TORQUE SPEC ON EVO but i dont get it HEAD BOLTCylinder head bolt 78 ± 2 (58 ± 1 ft-lb) → back off → 20 ± 2 (15 ± 1 ft-lb) → 90° + 90°
and CAMSHAFT SPROCKET BOLT 88+10 (65 + 7 ft-lb). can somone enlighten me please becuase im confused

Head bolts should be tightened to 58 ± 1 lb in sequence, backed off, tightened to 15 ± 1 ft-lb in sequence, then turned 90 deg in sequence then turned another 90 deg in sequence. This is only with stock head bolts as they are torque-to-yield. ARP studs should be tightened according to ARP's specs.

Camshaft sprocket bolts are tightened to 65 ± 7 ft-lbs.

The first numbers are metric units.

anybody?!?!!? Got Specs for ARP HEAD STUDS???? i know theres alot of members here thats installed there ARP bolts in there EVO. i just want to know how much Torque for the ARP STUDS

ARP:
With molylube - 80ft/lbs
With engine oil - 85ft/lbs
