Engine stuttered on hwy, then CEL.

I was doing about 80 on the highway on my way home from work, when the engine kinda stuttered and my check engine light came on. I get back in town and put it on the code reader which tells me its a p300- random/multiple misfire. I cleared the code, and the car hasn't done it again yet. Do you think it could be a coil since it says random/multiple? Spark plug? All I know is that any time I have diagnosed a bad plug, the reader always gave a specific cylinder number. I'm thinking coil. Thoughts?

Are you using the copper BPR7es'? If so, use should change them every oil change. Try gapping them to .022, should help...

I am running Denso plugs right now. If I switch plugs/gap, will that affect my tune?
My mods are as follows: 3" BR TBE, Megan o2 housing, test pipe, K&N intake conversion, LICP, HKS 272 cams, Ferrea valvetrain, walbro 255, tune on 91.
