Stock ECU works amazing for the EVOs however you can make more power with the standalone. With that said though I would not use any other standalone other than AEM... its proven to be the best for the EVO. So unless you are gonna go AEM I would just suggest staying with the stock ECU. So many people like AL or Mellon have those things on point, you can just send it in to them with a modlist and get a near perfect tune.

stick with stock ecu, and after all the bolt ons, go with e85 for the most power

What part of the globe are you in where you can't get AEM and a tuner to map it?

Ecutek has a soft-mild antilag.
If you want a real ALS you have to go with Motec.
Motec can handle the ALS also with a button,Ecutek can't.

I had Ecutek before I have Motec now,
Motec is more throttle responsive.
It'll perform better cause you will get the MAF out.
MAF is an air restriction in front of compressor.
You can tune your car in less time than Ecutek.

me personal do not like the idea of aquamist. if want power just run race gas. why have to warry about high boost with adding another mix. when if the pump or something fails say bye bye to something in motor.
