Wierd Noise above 60mph, Any idead?

I Was driving my car after i got my engine rebuilt and i was taking it out and doing some easy braking in. I jumped on the highway for a couple of miles and i was going about 60-65mph and started hearing this humming sound comming from what i am sure it was from the front end. It only did it at or above 60mph. I am not sure if it was the trans or the axles or what. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Im pretty sure its not. I mean i drained it and flushed it multiple times in the past few months. Im pretty sure i doesnt wobble or anything. I have it sitting in my room. Is there anyway to check to see if it is that?

I have an '03 and it does the same thing - starts humming at about 55 mph and the sound goes away at 70. I've heard this is pretty common on the early cars. What causes it? Dunno.

No it kinda sounds like its rubbing internally in the trans or t-case. I checked all my fluids last week and everything was good. So i dont know what it is.

Blown tcase, ive come to find out that differrent parts last longer than others why i dont know. For example: my first blown tcase didnt blow right away after it started whining and would act and sound different at times, why i can not answer that question. My seconf tcase on the other hand blew a month after it started whinning and it wasnt a progresive whine it was loud as sh*t and never got better. Some people have told me before that not two cars are made alike some just last longer weird but im starting to thing its true.
