greddy profec b problem

I have a problem with setting my ebc to 25psi.

Mods: full boltons + evo green + gsc s1's

Prior to evo green: I used to have my SET at 66% to reach 22psi.

Post evo green: to reach 22psi it hasnt changed still at SET 66%. However, now to boost 25psi i have my SET at 93% just to reach 25psi.

i feel there is something wrong, i have checked for boost leaks and there is nothing. car drives normal and pulls very hard all the way to redline. idle is perfect.

I feel there is something wrong because this means i will never be able to use my greddy EBC for high boosts e.g. 28-32psi for meth or race gas. Whats the max boost limit on the greddy ebc? I feel the max i can get out of my EBC is 26psi because im already at SET 93% ... i had to increase SET almost 30% to go from 22 to 25 psi..

thoughts ...

I have the same problem but at 24 psi, what kid of BOV you got?
The BOV might be leaking at that point.

Anyone else have advice?

There is your problem I guess...

The stock (plastic) bov won't hold much over 23-24 psi.

Do you mean that because the plastic BOV is not holding boost .. thats why my SET is as high as 93% ?

All IX's came with metal DV's with hold up to 25 psi. Looks like it's time to upgrade anyhow.

Sounds fine... Youre running most boost so youre going to have higher numbers.. That EBC is good for 30 pounds of boost...

The other set of numbers, I forget the name, the setting that ramps 5%-35% needs to be set higher to run more boost.

The ix bov will hold 26pounds usually, i've seen it hold much more on many cars. I personally ran 34psi and never had a problem with it.

Cheers!
