Engine heat issues after isntalling a strocker 2.4l kit

I installed brian crower 2.4l strocker kit few months ago the car heat up when u fully accelrate or beat on it normaly the temp is around 88-93c cruising pushed hard 100c-120c this is not normal the head have been machined and taken off by 0.4mm because there were holes in 1 of the valves and the surface and my car have a 1.2 mm hks gasket it so I assume 1.2 - 0.4 = 0.8 mm so thats like comperssion of 86 worst than oem comperssion I got an idea of adding 1.6,, hks gasket since then the comperssion will be 1.2 which is 9.2 i think or so any ideas would be helpful here are my mods

2.4l stroker 86 mm bore on oem block not a galant
20g like the blades of evo green but bigger compressor done in a garage in japan
m-spec greddy intercooler
1000cc hks fuel injectors and fuel lines
hks fuel regualtor
warlboro fuel pump
arp head studs
trust ti-r full exhaust with cat deletes

thanks in advance
