I was installing a new dowpipe from QTP. The gasket sleeve that goes around the o2 and holds the crush gasket was an in between an 1/8h and a 1/16 to small. So I called QTP, the rep said that sometimes the o2 housing size varries even on stock setups....... is this true? Also, if anyone could please tell me the outside diamiter of the outlet on the stock o2 that would be awesome..

I have an Evo VIII o2 housing and a IX housing sitting right here and they both measure out the same size on the outlet side both internal and external diameter.

i have 2 stock o2 housings and one aftermarket... all 3 outlets are the same size... the 2 stocks are exactly the same... obviously not hte aftermarket one..
