Suggestion on my final mods list and build up
Well I have just received some extra income and will be able to afford to modify my car pretty substantially. I have a list of everything I plan on doing and would like suggestions on my choices. I would also like to know how to split everything up. So far I have air intake, boost controller,a custom reflash, exedy stage II with fidanza flywheel.
Okay so here is list of planned mods broken up into stages. Also if you could estimate whp on a mustang dyno for each stage. Will my clutch, block, transmission withstand this much power? Would you recommend doing brakes and suspension as well and if so between which stages? I would like to keep it around $10,000
Stage I
Ams turboback
AMS FMIC
AMS UICP w AMS lightweight battery
AMS LICP
Evo Powe Mods O2 Housing
WHP?
Stage II
ARP main studs and ARP head studs
Kelford 272's
Kiggley Beehive Titanium Springs and Retainers
WHP?
Stage III
AMS 1000cc or 1200cc injectors
Buschur double pumper? (might have a tephra patch for 93 and E85)
FP Evo Red Ported (sending in my nine to Buschur if ever available)
WHP?
Stage IV
Buschur Ported Intake Manifold or AMS intake manifold or Wilson Manifold
Buschur Ported jet coated Exhaust Manifold
MilSpec Throttle Body
WHP?
Stage VI
Aquamist HFS-5 Which I probably will not be able to do on the stock bottom end and I don't know if I want to spend almost $5000 on a bottom end and built head
WHP? If I did I would probably do a JAM stroker or a GSC 2.2 with JAM headwork.
Handling ( still debating)
STAGE I
DBA 5000 front DBA 4000, SS break lines, motul fluid, PF Pads
STAGE II
Robi Spec Basic with front sway bar or Advanced with KW street/track coilovers

I would suggest you consider the Buschur Stages I - IV on as set forth on www.buschurracing.com - they are a great system and there is nothing there that you will need to change later.

the small battery kits are junk not to mention huge pains in the ****. And you cant run bigger than 780 injectors on the stock ecu or the car wont run properly. the batteries dont have any power so you cant run alot of electronics and good luck when the weather is cold starting ur car cause it prolly wont. AMS and Buschur both told me about the injector deal as well as numerous other shops cause i was going to run 1000. Just do ur research before you do anything crazy!
all that power is nothing if you cant stop your car! look into that brake upgrade and possibly some handling mods somewhere in between your modding stages. good luck! keep us posted

I agree with Big Al, you can't go wrong with Buschur
