So would you say the Shell gas and Marathon gas is cheap. At the local udf they have 94 oct.

450whp? That's weak. The Red's made like 520whp with a built car on Buschur's dyno which is at least 600whp dynojet. The Red has also ran into the 9's with 140mph+ traps. It would be game over for that mustang. Try again.

So what's the deal with this compressor surge business? Is anybody else experiencing this situation or is it just a freak, isolated incident. I remember that the early, early EVO8 20G's Buschur/FP came out with had surging issues that were relieved when they started using the larger EVO9 compressor housings.

 

i have never heard of anything like that happen.

 

NO compressor surge here......I havent heard anything about this from other RED owners

 

i got the same set up but i have buschur race fmic , hks carbon ti 3in str8 back, HKS Dli-II , al told me ill be runing 500whp plus

 

I was told the same thing by Al. I have the same setup but a greddy fmic.

 

Have had a few cars with the red run through here...including the shop one. No complaints about this great turbo at all.
