If you are going to do the AN fitting you should make a kit to sell the top of the thermostat housing with the same AN fitting along with the Hard line.
Anyway i run a Fluidyne half radiator right now. No complaints but would be nice to see some of that CBRD quality! Keep us posted.

the hold up has been noone has really come forward with measurements for us to build something.... I need a couple of pictures of the space constraints and hose routing, from there I can build a prototype.

Come on now. You don't have AN Evo at your shop that you can take measurements from?
I REALLY like Shadow's idea of having a 1/2 size radiator that is 1/2 as tall as the stocker. That would lower the CG, and it should also give room for manifolds and turbos which normally sit pretty high. . .
You could use the stock lower mounts as well as the stock lower hose routing, and include a new upper hose as well as new upper mounting brackets. I do understand that fans would be an issue, but I'm sure you can figure something out

I know you already have something in the works but a good priced half size radiator would rock, I could honestly care less about a few pounds as long as it cools good.
Regardless Im looking foward to seeing the prototype!

i would definately run a smaller / street efficient radiator. I am looking for something that will clear a tubular exhaust manifold... if you do design something, and need someone to test it, just LMK!!!
