That's cool. I already purchased the Kelfords 272's though, but still want to see results.

Just want to bump this thread. Has the S262 been tested yet? It is hot now!!!! Well in Florida it is atleast

I have a Audi A4 and have been interested in the S262 or S362 but nobody runs them (like 1 guy has a S256, everyone else uses Garrett). I figured the Evo would be my closest match due to 2 liter like me and awd (you guys have a better flowing head though).

So I am very interested in what comes from this S262 test/dyno to compare with the previously tested turbos. I currently have a GT3076 .63 a/r and am ready to step up to something bigger.

wow, that stock turbo ix you guys tuned was nuts...360whp on a mustang dyno with teh stock turbo..that car must be nuts on the street, i guarantee it would beat most 35r'd mediocre drivers at the track/street

Bottom line fellahs, is that I was told that I could buy a flange in order to run the Borg Warner T04B 57-trim with the stock exhaust manifold. Is this true?

We'll be testing a billet bullseye power s362 here shortly

For comparison my car made 490 to the tires on a s256, t3 .70 a/r on a 100% stock motor.
bullseye power/ borg warner/ airwerks definitely make some of the best turbos out there, still not too sure why they haven't caught on in this community.

This is one of the only threads I could find online with results of the BW259. Was looking to compare results. I know its not and Evo but its still a 4G63!

We Dyno tuned a 99 GSX today on 93 pump gas made 547 HP 468 TQ

2.0L
9.0:1
HKS 272's
Ported Head
Kiggly S/R
JMF Drag manifold
DNP T3 header
BWS259 .70 A/R 3" V-band
TiAL MVR
TiAL BOV
Dual Walbro 255
FIC 1050cc

39 psi falling to 32 psi.

All I have it the 531 HP 461 TQ graph right now. This turbo is pretty impressive it surprised me today!

reviving an old thread..... I used to have a built evo 3 (same as 7 bolt dsm) with the borg warner S259 with the BEP .55AR turbine housing, with meth+93 right at 500 WHP. Car saw 20 psi @4200 and 30 psi @4500-4600. Anyways I always wondered why the borg's never really caught on in the evo community. I am dying to see a billet and or Batmo S259 on an evo. Aparantly they spool and flow even better than the old cast versions like I had. It would be an interesting competator to the other T3/T4 configurations out there for the evo.

Interesting results. Im anxious to do a few more mods and come back to turn my FP green up to 30 PSI. Just trying to make sure I don't do any mods to ruin the setup I'm looking for.
