400WHP on pump?
It is very possible with the right combo of parts. Granted the 91 octane we get here limits us quite a bit, but an E85 tune is possible as well is available in our area quite a bit.
Just did an FPRed for a customer. Made mid 380's whp on 91octane 23-24psi and 440whp on E85 and 27-28psi.
With some more upgrades as far as bolt ons the numbers would be up on both pump and E85 for sure. Ran out of injector/pump on the E85 tune.
Mods for this car are drop in AMS Eagle/Ross combo STD bore. Stock head, headstuds, Works 269 cams (have never seen anyone else run these), 3" DP and cat delete, HKS Carbon/TI catback, aftermarket tube and fin I/C, Injen colds side i/c piping and intake. This car would pick up huge gains from a more aggressive cam combo, i/c, and piping upgrade on both 91 octane and E85. It will also be getting dual pumps and bigger injcetors as well to turn the boost up even more.

simple man, injectors, walbro intake full exhaust, AMS intercooler, upper and lower i/c pipes, cams and a tune should cost you about $4000 from new stuff or look in the classifieds
