The clutch job really isn't that bad. Just remember to take your time. If you get a FSM (factory service manual), it makes it very easy with step by step instructions removing and installing the clutch.

Remember to resurface the flywheel, so you don't have to go back in there and do it again =)

Good luck and take your time!

Michael

Well I got the transfer case out today wasnt to bad. Now im on the transaxle and I cant seem to get it off. I wiggled it even flipped it around and it still wond come off. It gets almos all the way where you can see the whole flywheel but it seems like its getting cought on somthing when i KNOW theres nothing connected from the outside.

It should just come right off. Make sure you pryed the throw out bearing off first. If that doesn't work double check if there is anything else attached to the tranny. There's a good write up on evomoto.com if you need it.

ha..looks like you did the same thing i did.....u have to get that throw out bearing off first...push the trans back towards motor, and use a long flathead screwdriver....use your hand to surpess the TOB, and stick the screwdriver in there and rotate it to pop it loose

of coarse not....even if you unsure how it pops out or looks.....you can stick your new tob in center of new pressure plate, and pull on it ...impossible to get off...once you push it in and twist with screwdriver..pops out magically
