Go with the ProLite; you will notice somewhat quicker revs/more responsiveness, which is a good thing - it is a nice MILD improvement in the right direction, but not THAT much different to the point where you are going to have difficulty shifting.

Once you get used to downshifting/rev matching with a lighter FW, you'll realize that the stocker was holding you back from quicker downshifts.
