Well, just buy vendor status like the rest of us legitimate guys and you can do the same thing!

In order to retain the stock and most aftermarket airboxes, thats the route the piping needed to be. If you're going to try to patent a couple of bends I suggest you try harder.
If you're not the manufacturer of the piping kit, my question to you is "how do you know they didn't copy the Nisei design?" There are more than just a few ways of routing the piping. I'm sure Michael can vouch for this so, we'll use the ETS line as an example. ETS has designed their kit their way. You can actually tell the difference just by looking at the photos. Not only is their piping different, they have different hardware for installation. Have you taken a good look at what your selling?

I've seen the AMS, Buschur, RRE, Greddy, ETS, HKS, Injen, etc. in person on and off the cars. I can assure you that none of the kits I've mentioned above can be questioned when it comes to whether they've designed their own products. As for Muse, well I'll just say it can be questioned.

Maybe you have, maybe you haven't, I'm not one to say but for .99 cents I'm not going to doubt it either.

For someone who doesn't make the kit and for someone who's not a vendor here. You're pretty shameless when it comes to making sure you mention how your kit is similar to the Nisei line. I mean the problem I have with you is your not a vendor, and you use my post to try and sell/promote your product. Don't use my posts and I'm sure we won't have a problem!

As for the quality of your Muse piping, I've mentioned before we've actually purchased one just to see how it compared. It's actually belongs to Nisei now but, IF you think your product is comparable. I would have to strongly disagree, the way it's bent... it was not even round, the description you use in your ad as "polished". That is not true either, it's more like painted or covered with a bad chrome finish. Whatever it is it's certainly NOT Polished! I don't know how you sell your products and if deceiving the customers is common practice for you but, if by chance you didn't know it's not polished. You might want to make a correction in your ebay ad. If your product is made in China or some third world country it shows.

You've inspired me to contact Nisei and see if they've got the time to do a quick comparison. I don't know if they actually do it since they are waiting for the Muse UIP to arrive but, if they do I'll be sure to link their findings to this thread.
