What he said, or any autoparts store just look in the HELP section should be in a package of at least 2, or they got them behind by the piece.

Just take the bolt into any hardware store, autoparts store, or the Mitsu dealership and ask for a brass washer to fit. You need to place one washer on each side of the banjo fitting.

Crush washers are a one-time use item anyway. Reused ones may leak.
