Evo VIII stall and drops rpm, my evo is one turtle!

I need much help! four months with this problem, I'm desperate. Three mechanics view my car (two mitsubishi-shops and one friend)... with no solution . I read two months this forum.

The problems is mi car stall in ramps or drops under 400rpm when drive and push the clutch pedal.
My turbo no up to "0" fast when push accel pedal in idle, only up to -250mg. In the red-line in idle up to "0" is veeey slow. One push rapid only up to -250mg, no charge to "0" and other evo's of my friends is very faaast to "0", my evo no.
HP with 23psi and afr 11.2 and 93ron is 4300rpm/323hp in the engine, is veeeeey low power. With G-Tech, G force power in 17.5psi is 0.34g, and 23psi is 0.39g.

I change "two" IAC, clean thee times throttle body , I see compressions in engine arround 160psi, change plugs by BR8IX 5044 and no view any leak...

Sorry my english, i'm spanish boy. I need any solution please! reading this post.

VERY THANKS FOR ALL!

Really? Can you give me examples of these "moany" things that you have tried? J/k. Do you have any aftermarket pulleys? Like the crank pulley. Have you checked all of your sensors? Is your throttle body gasket leaking?

you've got good compression. could be fuel pressure, spark, or a controller issue. any check engine lights or codes? has it been tuned? open air filter? mods list and more info needed. really, we are all just guessing if we can't see the car. no mitsu dealer in barcelona? good luck.

Moany LOL. No aftermarket pulleys, no boost leaks (well slight TB seals already replaced once but this was there before),No CEL's.

-Set BISS (The correct way)
-Tried Scaling the MAS (Doesnt do anything)
-Played with tons of idle, ICVS, and idle timing settings

Im really at a loss

Stand Alone in my near future fo sho

My Biss is correct, with SAS in evoscan 2.5 is in 800rpm. Seals in the thorttle body is the problem?? No sounds leak in TB or others parts in my engine.
And avanced to *7 degrees in ecuflash 0-40Load in 0-1000rpm and continue de problem... is not the solution. Walbro 255 defective?

No no my car has a MAF too. We have a map sensor (look on your IM to the left of the valve cover) From what Ive read USDM will only see some rediculously small boost amount.

Thats why most Swap the out for the JDM 3 bar to log boost.

evoready on here can probably port the patch over to your ROM. If I knew how I would help you out

I am stupid when it comes to that stuff
