Evo VIII stall and drops rpm, my evo is one turtle!
I don't see anything where your modifications are.
I'll tell you one thing though, when i installed cams in my own car the MAF pipe kit i had suddenly became a problem for idle. I just put in the stock intake tube and bolted the cone filter i had onto it and it worked like a charm.

My solution is... Clean insdie of BOV and Egde of piston BOV, new tube bov to intake and un-plug conector swicht clutch.
Important, "NO!!!" VTA Bov in your evo, only recirculated BOV. HKS+Kit rec or Greddy type-s with one large spring o MR BOV.
All finished of my problems with turbo and idle!
