Carbonetic and another transfer case paranoia...

I recently changed my clutch to carbonetic twins street set up (1100-1300) and notice all of the mentioned "chatter" noises. But it seems a bit strange for mine since the noise can be heard on both during the disengagement of the clutch (fully pushed to the floor - which was normal) and during high rpm (5000rpm and above) when the clutch is fully engaged (free pedal and all). Am I just being paranoid, or is this normal for all twin disks applications?

After about 1000 miles, I have also noticed a slight whining noise that wasn't there previously, but mine is much lighter in comparison to those posted sound clips/videos in the forum. It is almost unnoticeable at times, but when I usually do noticed, it mostly occurs on the 1st and 2nd gear above 3k rpm.

I did make a slight adjustment to the throttle pedal to make the engagement a little closer to the floor. I am sure that my adjustment is nothing close to extreme since there are still plenty of free play, but is there such thing as too much and might have caused the "whine noise" in anyway?

Thanks in advance for all your input fellas

u had none at all?
whew now Im worried... For me it sounded just like the chatter when u fully pressed the clutch pedal, but it will get incrementally louder as the rpm rise

And there are times when its hard to get into the 2nd gear, mostly during downshifts...

my exedy twin only chatters with the pedal down, and it makes some very soft sounds, like rubbing or grinding, during engine braking above 3500rpm, but I hear that's normal, my trans is kinda noisy too.

I don't think hearing chatter noise during full throttle can be good.
