Street or puck clutch for my set up?

Just looking for advice if I should be going for a puck or street disk. End goal for the car is an fp green 400 whp range. Autocross/lapping day use, street use, not much drag racing.

Current clutch is an ACT street and it's toast.

See the review of the Fidanza 3.2 on the Evom home page... judge for yourself. I loved the Clutch Masters full face Kevlar offering too when I had it. Personally, I like the longevity of Kevlar for daily drivers. If you are more of a road racer/auto-x person, it might be the last clutch you buy for a very long time.

I've got a 10.5 lb Pro Street flywheel right now, but it's going to need to be resurfaced.

Im running the act hdss pressure plate with a un-sprung 6puck disk and a act prolite flywheel and it great so far. Only have a few hundred miles on it but I haven't had a issue with it at all. Gets a tiny bit of chatter when taking off slow or up hills or something but not bad at all and you can drive around it.

I have the same thing but with the gruppe-s flywheel and it holds anything I throw at it. A little annoying sometimes as it is my DD but I know I don't have to worry about it going out on me anytime soon.

puck clutches just arent enjoyable, and if you get lazy the potential for detremental drivetrain damage is multiplied. i like stock flywheel personally. long story.

Puck clutches not enjoyable? They are fine when chosen right.

Mine is completely fine. Like I said a VERY small amount of chatter on hills or if I let it out really slow but it's so small that passengers can't even notice it. Just feels like a few pebbles in the road or something. I'm sure with a heavier flywheel it would be even better. Plus with the hdss pressure plate the tension isn't really bad on the pedal either.

street clutch all the way. Unless you plan on drag racing or auto x, then go with a nice street clutch.
