I'm talking about the version with the pipe built in. BR doesn't have a solution. I've called them.

I run the old version of the intercooler with an FP Green. I run the IX j-pipe as well. It's a tight fit (i.e. the coupler is stretched a little) but it works.

Their is NO solution unless you have a custom one made. I had the same problem you are having last year. I called Buschur they told me either $300+ shipping to modify it or buy a new FMIC. Since they were so nice about it i did buy a new FMIC..........From ETS!!! Never looked back.

I was also suprised when they basically said I was SOL. I would of thought they could of designed a pipe to fit the 9 turbos. Definitely soured me a little to BR.

This is what the Old BR Deluxe looks like.

I have this sitting in my front room waiting to go on in the spring. The wife loves looking at it everyday...

You can find good deals on these things, so what if you got to spend a few bucks to make it work.

I just made my own pipe to connect to the stock IX outlet pipe. I used some cheap IC piping I had leftover from something or another:

I recommend welding vs jbweld though for the beads

I'm going to try cutting the one I have and using a couple couplers. Bending it didn't work.

Hmmm...That's interesting. I asked Jarod at BR about this a few months ago and he said they wouldn't line up. If this is truly the case that would be nice because you could just buy the IX install kit and be done with it.

Let us know if you do this and it works for you!

I had 8 and a 9 J-Pipes and niether one would fit. There too short. Look at Grillpt pics and you can see it had an extension welded on.
