I placed a sock “pressed fitted” into the intake hole to block the aluminum residues from getting inside the core area. Then I used a vacuum cleaner to such the residues and once in a while I remove the sock and clean again with the vacuum cleaner. Since the intercooler was not installed it was easier to maneuver.
The Nisei UICP is comming soon!! I am just not ready yet to replace the new stock size battery that I purchase less than 1 yr ago.

Did you already install the intercooler? How is it handling the cams? It is a Perrin also right?
