Lightweight Flywheels?
Im just curious... Doesa anyone out there make an alumium lightweight flywheel for our cars or does anyone know if it is possible to machine the flywheels on our cars to save some weight on them for quicker revs? This would be a nice mod.
Chris
also does the Exedy twin disk clutch come with a lightweight flywheel? Im confused on that.

Fidenza makes a lw aluminum flywheel for evo ... check out RRE, I believe it's around $380.
have heard that the best to go with is the Jun flywheel, it's made of chromoly and is said to be super resistant to warping over time, seems as though the aluminum ones are quite prone to this.
