Stock heat range for the VIII's is 7. It would appear they gave you spark plugs that are 2 heat ranges hotter. If you want to stick with Iridiums, you'll want to get BPR7EIX. A lot of people on the forums recommend going with the cheaper copper plugs, BPR7ES. You have to change them more often, but they are much cheaper and they work very well.

Well im going to get a tune in like two weeks and i wanted to change spark plugs before i get tuned. I would rather just install the iridium ones since i dont have to replace for a while. I heard they last longer, even tho they are 2 x's the price. So i should ask for BPR7EIX and install those correct? I don't need to do any gaping or anything correct?

Yes, you'll want to get the BPR7EIX plugs. Iridium plugs usually come pre-gapped but checking them wouldn't hurt. That's the other downside to Iridium plugs; the tiny center electrode makes it difficult to gap them. You'll want a gap of around .026
