yeah you might have to ask the guys at MAP performance about that issue. I know a couple of guys here in MN have ran it with no issues. MAP is here locally in MN so if I had issues I would bring it back. I've had zero issues with MAP and their customer service.

Import Junky may have seen us working on yours the other day when he stopped by. I'll check out the order forms to verify tomorrow since our one guy Mike is working on it at the moment. I'm busy doing tons of Evo twin scroll exhaust manifolds currently or else I would have made it up for you.

The o2 dumps do come with new stainless gaskets to use. CBRD just installed one of these not too long ago and reported on it in one of their latest threads if I recall. We're currently working on a second version as well that clears thicker replacement radiators such as the CBRD unit. {thumbup**

As long as they clear ETS LICP's and mate to Buschur Downpipes I'll be a happy camper

The flanges are in the exact same places as the stock o2 housing puts them, and there's the ring on the outlet to use the stock donut gasket so you should be set The dump tube drops down along side the center cross member away from the lower IC pipe so most lower IC pipe kits out there that mate up to the stock turbo outlet pipe shouldn't have any fitment issues foreseeable.

That's good. I saw the one picture on your website showing LICP clearance and it's looks pretty good. All the other o2 dumps are have issues.

this is the EPM dump.

i personally think the quality is better with the EPM pipe. and the pipe diameter is bigger with EPM
more flow= more power.

compared to...

There's no point making the diameter larger only to have it neck down at the downpipe flange abruptly like that. Also, the JMF has a bellmouthed wastegate entry, the other one looks like it's got a small round hole which can cause creep issues. As for quality, the welds look pretty comparable in the pics. Without measuring the thickness of the pipes, I'm not sure what you're going by. The JMF is also welded on both sides, where the other one seems to only be welded on one side of the flanges. The JMFs flanges are stainless, it's hard to tell from the pics but the EPM looks like mild.

theres no need for bellmouth entry with EPM because the diameter is alreqady larger and goes all the way keeping same diameter.

i dont have the piece on hand to give more details but i will soon.

and there is no boost creep.

ive talked to 2 people who already has one and they have no creep issues.

one of them is touringbubble.

I have some parts from JMF that I purchased from Josh @ JNZ Tuning for my Galant VR4 and the quality is second to none.

The larger Turbine tube on the design is where they saw the huge increase in power gains. they do neck down to 2.5 inches because EVERY single downpipe necks down to 2.5 inches at the O2 Housing flange. It is a fact, so they had to go down to 2.5 inches unless they built their own downpipe to sell with their O2 Dump. That would not have been cost effective for the end user/buyer, for everyone that bought the product to also Have to purchase a new downpipe.

The JMFab design has a straight turbine tube, take a look at it, the differences with EPM design is that EPM turbine tube has a unique 3 inch CLRadius which to the eye is a super smooth bend. Unlike JMFab's staright turbine tube, in that the exhuast gases Slam into the back wall of their turbine tube.

i like their work, but ron ur right, you can run ur finger around the radius of the flange face inside of the pipe...

i like the jm because its a smooth flow flange/pipe setup...

cb

ps. hate the noise of all of them
