Hello, I have bought salvage evo 9 MR on auction. It has not maf sensor. The car is stock, not tuned.
So I can't start enginer, what will be reason of this? maf sensor?
Starter does not rolling. Battery is good.

If the starter isn't spinning, and the battery is good, check the big starter fuse at the battery terminal. Just follow the wire down to the starter.
Then, check the power wire to the starter and make sure it's connected. It might just be not attached.
Check the starter solenoid wire and make sure it is on. It's the smaller wire going to the starterstarter. If it's none of this, replace the starter. I also think that the ignition may have its own fuse so check that as well.

The car will start without a MAF. It will not run well or move well if at all but it will start. I am not sure if the Evo MAF is the same as the 2ng Gen Eclipse/3000GT but it looks the same. You can pick up a used Evo MAF for around 100 bucks (US).

yes car is not turning over because starter is not going round. When I over key all electric devices are turning off because current going down but the battery is good. may be any plug is reason?

 

Check the starter, the car will start without a MAF.
