hey steve, i got one from lowes but it look a little different then this one... i might need to hit up home deopt and see if they have the one that u showed.

Yes, defiantly don't ignore either side. Both sides need to have catch cans. Though little oil will come out of the breather, it can still accumulate overtime in your intercooler lowering the efficencey, or in the worst case scenerio, possibley clog it
