As the title says. Precision 6262 on a BR Cast Exhaust Manifold? Has anyone tried it yet? Or checked the clearance to see if its a direct bolt on?

 

The buschur cast manifold is flanged for DSM style flange. So you would need to have a DSM style exhaust housing such as the FP SS exhaust housing. So no it would not be a direct bolt on with the standard t3 exhaust housing that the 6262 comes with.

Would be a cool combination though. This turbo has been proven to make some monster power, and the manifold would offer some super quick spool characteristics. Good idea, just not easily compatible at this time.

 

You can get the 6262 with the DSM housing. I personally wouldnt put it on the cast manifold, I dont think it would flow well enough to support that turbo and be useful.
