My evo 9 keeps juking from second to fifth? any suggestions on what to do?

it was at 24 pounds i turned it down to around 20 and the clutch is still slipping and my car keeps stalling everytime i floor it

Your problem statement could use some work. If your rpms aren't climbing while the car isn't accelerating it's not your clutch. I can't think of any reason a clutch would make the car jerk/buck as if you hit fuel cut. Fuel cut is like hitting a brick wall it's the "Oh Shi$" feeling.

It's sounds like you have a spark/fuel issue to me.
