Question Major Idle prob..help!

Guys/gals...It's been long enough of me trying to figure this problem out. I'm reaching out to you all for help. I have searched and come up with numerous possible solutions btw.

MODS:
AFI 50 trim (hybrid blouch turbo)
AFI manifold
AFI DP
3" turbo back
ETS intake
EVO IX stock BOV recirc
HKS DLI II
Forge MBC
ETS intercooler piping, 3" intercooler
Cossie's 272
PTE 880's
Walbro 255
TiAL 38mm open dump
Battery in trunk

Problem:
The car just won't idle after the turbo install. It has been tuned. Cruising and wot it runs excellent. During the warm up part of startup it idles fine. It seems as soon as it's warm (coolant temp??) the idle goes to total crap. Before the turbo all other mods were on the car with a tune. It idled and ran perfectly. In searching I've come up with the Idle air Control valve, MAF, O2 sensor, vacuum leak.
Also, the car keeps throwing a P0134 code, o2 sensor bank 1 (front right?) no activity. I swapped the front o2 with a new one and still get the code and poor idle. Strange thing here is Evoscan shows the front o2 sensor working fine.?? Any ideas there? Another thing I notice on the logs is the air volume fluctuates a lot. Like from 80 to 250 to 0 and all around. I have done a boost leak test and it held find up to 25 psi. I didn't do a vacuum leak test, I figured the boost leak test was sufficient right? Idling it holds a solid 10-14 inches of vacuum(or more). I am still running stock spark plugs with 20k miles on them and numerous track passes...but when I pulled them they look excellent.
I've seen numerous recent posts like this. Can anyone help!?! I haven't driven my car in about a MONTH bc of this annoying problem. I'll post up a log of the idle in a second..

Have you done any ROM mods such as disabling the rear o2 sensor or p0300 code elimination? perhaps there is something else wrong such as the o2 sensor placement with that turbo kit? I'm in NC also so if you are close I would gladly help. PM me for information.

Not that I know of...I do know that the guy that tuned it didn't overlay the new tune on a map with the JDM xml files..but evoscan still logs the correct information like boost??

Unless the tune he put on there had it on it. Where do I look for those mods in the rom? I have the excel file to post up but how do I? like hosting a picture?

The o2 sensor reads correctly. Shows .9 volts all the way across the board. What's weird is the o2 feedback. at 1 rpm block it jumps up from 20.3 to 90's and 100's. Is that right?

You can definitely see a correlation to the o2 feedback and the air volume which I would assume cause the crazy idle. The o2 feedback jumps all over the place, and when it does you can see the air volume drop to double digits, even 0 then jump back up.

How do I post up this excel file?

I could be wrong, but I don't think .9 volts "across the board" is working correctly. I'm pretty sure it should be constantly changing.

It is constantly changing...like 9.xx volts. I mean it's not dropping to .7 or something like that.

I had the ETS intake on pre-turbo with not a single problem. The k&n filter did try to make it stall, I swapped a guy for a hks filter and it was better, but not much.

Can someone tell me how to post this excel file of the idling log!?!?!?! It may help some!

LOL I didn't even catch that. Yes it should be constantly changing and tweaking the fuel mixture. The last log I pulled while tuning idle issues it fluctuated quite a bit more than just .9-.7 it was more like .9-.03 maybe mine is all jacked up but it idled fine.

That sucks Bob, kinda sounds like what happens to my car after unhooking the battery.

Well after disconnecting the battery your maf has to re adjust itself, and I believe that messes up your fuel trims too. This is far worse than that.
