Quick exhuast install questions + 1leak?

I just installed my Buschur TBE. Havent had the car on for more then 20 seconds since I installed and havent put the o2 in or anything so its basically done but not totally.

1) The circle clamps that came for the joints, my torque wrench broke and I didnt feel like running to the store, aslong as these are tight, I should be good right? Or should I really go out and make sure they are the appropriate torque. And do any of the other bolts need to go to a certain torque, I just made them all pretty ****ing tight, thats about it.

2) I was supposed to reuse the spring bolts (2) to reattach the downpipe to the o2 housing right? Cause I have 6 bolts, 6 mini washers, and 6 huge thick washers that all came with my exhaust that I really have no idea what they are for.

3) Not experienced with Exhaust leaks at all, how do I properly access that everything is joined up fine.

I really appreciate all the help these forums have given me!

So, my DP to HFC 2 bolt arrangement has a tiny leak. It leaks water when the car is cold, however when the car is hot I don't seem to be able to feel any air coming out. I know on the Buschur instructions it says no gasket there, and that there will be no "significant leaks" does that mean I should be expecting a small leak like this?

You also might want to get under there and check for leaks after about a week. That gives enough time for the gasket to properly seat and if you check it when they do a leak could have occurred.

if its a band clamp, theres no gasket. if its the one like stock, with two bolts on opposide sides, it uses a gasket..

I will give Buschur a call and see. The intructions say "not bolt the downpipe to the cat/test pipe there is no gasket for this setup at this time, no significant leaks will exist"

Use the gasket maker on your paper gaskets. I've reused the gasket's before added the RTV and no leaks.

i doubt the old gasket will work right, its meant for the stock 2.25" piping, when mine is 3", I will prolly just use RTV on the edge of the downpipe all the way around, should work fine. The leak seems pretty minimal so this should stop it.
