stock turbo redhot
Hello everyone. I just got home from work and its dark out. and i went to check a vacuum line and noticed that my turbo was glowing red. I was wondering if this was normal after average daily driving. I was in traffic too. But i want to find out if it is normal or not. And if not then i need to get this figured out. thanks

Header and turbo were glowing. The header has been exhaust wrapped. But they were both definitly glowing. I dont know if its because the motor has alot of work done to it, or maybe its just not getting enough oil or what. But im going to check the oil later after the car cools down.

Yes it was the hotside and the header. I would replace it but im waiting on the credit fairy to come by. haha No but i dont want to replace the turbo yet because if it is making the header glow then it has to be something before the turbo/header. Which i dont like the sound of.
