Shifting is much easier and I have not missed a gear under heavy throttle.
could it be that the bushing loosens up a bit with time but is still stronger than stock and works better?

Correct, or the driver gets used to the vibrations.

+1 for Blox front motor mount, I run it and I really do like it. It has stressed out my rear mount though, so I am replacing it with a Powerflex. I know there will be vibration, but you just live with it.

I run the Blox Motor Mount along with a Gruppe-S TD.. I first drove with the Blox which again got from Speed Element.

Smooth Shifting was def. there at the expense of slight vibration at idle and take off. I got used to it though and so I went on installing the TD.

I was pretty skeptical about it as many folks told me they break but I threw it in anyway. If there was a diff. it probably was in my head as I didn't really notice anything at all.. it drove the same but the engine bay did look cooler though..

like its been said b4.. "it's a band aid"

I stick with just the Front Motor Mount for the money.. the TD is not worth the $$ for the result IMHO!

Just fyi, I hated my Ingalis stiffy. It made the whole chassis shake, and it was very apparent inside as well. I recommend getting stiffer motor mounts before jumping to the metal - metal mount.

I am using Blox front mount, it really does the job, my only complain is the vibration. I raised the idle a little and that help eliminate the vibrations. This thing does help shifting, a very very good mod for the money!
