How do u shift when ur daily driving ur evo?
btw the tranny rebuilt took place almost 130 miles ago, so maybe i need to give it some more time, and btw iam still on the oem tranny fluid, i checked with the dealer and no they didn;t use the redline stuff but used the oem stuff some GL40@##@ i think. planning on changing it very soon to BG synchro mesh (i think this is whatits called)
on a side note, when u change ur engine mounts to a stiffer ones, i assume u took away that slack in the motor, don't u guys think its probably good to have that lil roll in the motor so ur not putting more stress on the drivetrain joints?

use amsoil tranny fluid or oem. It will save you the headache of replacing your tranny in the future. If by drivetrain joints you mean your axles..they wont break. Unless your putting down some serious power you have nothing to worry about. The stock mounts are junk and create lots of movement, when you eliminate that movement the result is more precise shifts due to less movement, which in return is what you want. Alot of people run them for a reason.
How do I shift when Im daily driving my evo?
I usually start in 1st, then shift into 2nd, then 3rd, then 4th and finally 5th (i have an 8)
But anyway, 2nd gear is sometimes harder to go in while the car is not warm enough
