GReddy Competition Ti-C TBE?

I can't seem to find any feedback or anything on this exhaust. Does anyone know where I can find any sound clips of this exact TBE or knows the pros and cons of this?

I'm really considering ordering this...

Thanks.

Sorry for putting in the wrong forum. I didn't see anything here in realation to exhaust or intake.

Anyways I've searched every inch of Youtube and nothing. All the ones I found are GReddy Catbacks with different downpipes. How much does the actual downpipe effect the sound of the overall exhaust?

Most downpipes don't have much of an affect in the lower rpms but in the mid - high rpms under load you can definitely notice the difference.

Don't have install pics but it fits very well. I run a test pipe and get zero soot on the bumper and it sits perfectly in the middle of the opening.

besides the 2.5 taper, the TI-C comp vs. the regular TI-C is that the regular TI-C is full stainless steel, with a titanium lip. the TI-C comp's piping is titanium. I found this out cause i wanted a quieter exhaust and was willing to trade my TI for the regular TI-C. i'm still running the loud *** fully titaniun TI with the rolled lip.

I think you are a tad off their. I own the Comp TI-C. Its just like the regular TI-C but doesn't taper at the cat...it stays 80mm the whole way. Also the piping is still stainless but 403SS which isn't quite as good as 304ss but its still good. Also their isn't the 12in resonator the regular TI-C has. So its a hair louder. I still think it's quieter than a TI but not by a whole lot. I have a custom testpipe with a Vibrant mini muffler in their and its still pretty loud. Under boost you can hear my car coming from well over a mile away. On the highway though its nice and mellow and doesn't drone unless pulling a hill in 6th building 10+ lbs of boost.

^Right. The comp is a full 80mm. But, if you just buy the regular Ti-c cat-back only, (the one without the downpipe and test pipe), it tapers. I should have been more clear. I do not want to get rid of the dp/tp I already have. Through reading your post I learned of the taper for the first time. It bummed me out. I either have to replace my entire exhaust or deal with a 2.5 inch taper....

You can buy the Comp TI-C in a catback. Contact Speed Element...they are willing to work with you. I bought mine in just a catback I didn't want to get rid of my tanabe downpipe, and custom testpipe and it fits perfect.
