fuel system for 800hpevo

im doing a fuel system for a customer and was thinking about doing the full

blown double fuel pump setup. im goin to run -8 to a fuel lab fuel filter then to

a ams race fuel rail. Then to a -6 return system though a fuel lab regulator

on 1200 precision injectors.

i would like to make about 600hp on 93pump gas

and make 700 to 800hp Q16. What do u guys think should i run a bigger feed

line like -10an.

I have a very similar system on a GSX also using the full blown dual walbro in tank adapter except I have a 10-8 setup. Power levels are about what you are wanting running a BW S372 turbo. An 8-6 system should theoretically barely flow enough fuel...but why err towards the small side?

For what you are looking to do I'd probably go -10 -8, its safer and shouldn't change the cost much. Better to go to big than too small and have to redo it...

Our double pumper will do that no problem, on the stock lines with the stock regulator actually. You'll need to only change to an aftermarket fuel rail. I'm running 1200 cc injectors in my car and it put down 705 whp on our dyno today, it's gone 9.04 at 159.64 mph, weighs 2985 pounds with driver. You are looking at less than $700 plus the price of your injectors.
